Shipping policy

All orders are packed as soon as possible and are ready to be picked up by the courier the next business day. Shipping generally takes between one to three business days although NZ Rural Deliveries can take an extra day or two!

All of our orders are shipped with bubble wrap in an appropriate box. Each order comes with a tracking number too!

We are not liable for any damages caused while the item is in transit. Such issues will be brought up with the shipping company!

Unfortunately, we currently only deliver to addresses in New Zealand
