PRE-ORDERS
By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Order Fulfilment: Preorders will be fulfilled subject to supplier availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable, except where production is cancelled or the supplier is unable to fulfil the order.

Release Dates: Estimated release dates are provided by the supplier and may change without prior notice.
Shipping of Preorders
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, please place separate orders for preorder items and items that are currently in stock.
If a preorder item and in-stock item are purchased in the same order, the entire order will be shipped together once the preorder item becomes available.
You may request to have the available item shipped separately before the preorder item arrives. Additional shipping costs will apply for the separate shipment.
