Is pickup available?
Unfortunately, we don't offer pickup services. We currently operate through delivery only.
Can you combine shipping?
We can ONLY combine shipments before your order is packed and a tracking number is generated. If combined, any additional shipping fees you paid will be refunded.
How do you package items for shipping?
Items are packed in plain brown boxes and secured with protective materials such as bubble wrap or paper fill whenever possible to keep products safe during transit.
To help reduce waste, we also reuse boxes and other suitable packaging materials when available.
What courier do you use to ship orders?
We ship all orders using New Zealand Post.
Will my order come with a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been packed, a tracking number will be provided so you can track the progress of your delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we currently only deliver to addresses in New Zealand
When do you restock?
We restock randomly, so there isn’t a fixed schedule for when new Koikoi Droplets arrive. The best way to stay updated is to check back regularly or subscribe to our mailing list for restock announcements. Stock can be limited, so we recommend grabbing your favourites when they’re available.
Do you sell on Trade Me?
Yes, we’ve been selling on Trade Me since 2023. While most of our stock is now available through our online store, we still list selected exclusive products on Trade Me from time to time.
